How to claim
Email support [at] dotclock [dot] com with your order number, a one-line description, and a photo or short video if the fault is visual. Most cases are resolved within one back-and-forth — we ship a pre-paid return label, repair or replace, and ship back. You don't pay for anything inside the warranty window.
After two years
DotClock is designed to be serviceable. We sell spare LED panels and PSUs at cost and provide schematics on request — so it doesn't have to become e-waste on the day the warranty expires.
