How it works
- Email support [at] dotclock [dot] com with your order number within 30 days of delivery
- We'll reply with a pre-paid return label (EU & UK orders)
- Re-pack in the original box if you have it — any rigid box works otherwise
- Drop with the carrier; we refund within 5 working days of receiving it
Condition
Use it — really. Plug it in, configure it, live with it. The 30-day clock is a real trial, not a "look but don't touch" window. We just ask that it comes back without obvious damage (cracks, liquid, missing parts), which would push it into our warranty workflow instead.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Shipping costs are refunded in full inside the EU & UK; for other regions the inbound shipping is refunded, the return label cost is deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
Wrong PSU plug type? Frame finish you didn't expect? Email us before sending anything back — most exchanges can be done with a one-way label and no return needed.
