What we store about you
- Order data — name, shipping address, email, phone (for the carrier). Stored on our order DB and shared only with the carrier and the payment processor.
- Waitlist email — if you've joined the launch list, your email and the page you signed up from. One-click unsubscribe in every message.
- Account — if you've created one: your name, email, hashed password (bcrypt, cost 12), and any avatar you've uploaded.
What we don't store
- Card numbers — payment is handled by Stripe; we receive a token, not the card.
- Browsing analytics on this site (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no fingerprinting scripts).
- Anything from the clock itself. DotClock never phones home — it talks to public weather/news APIs directly from your network.
